Here is where I will log my meals, calories, and water drank for the day.
This is for my exercise. I will write the exercise, start time, and end time.
This is for my weigh-in and measurements for me to track through my journey.
I will log all the recipes I find that I want to try and when it's time to go grocery shopping I will add a list to the front of my binder for the ingredients I will need for the month.
This is for anything that motivates me from pictures to quotes and everything in between.
I will also be adding in a separate journal as my trigger journal so when I feel the urge to binge or eat one of my no no foods I can quickly write down the date, time, mood, and why I felt the craving.
