I needed this awesome push to stay strong. I have been on a rollercoaster trying to stay positive and motivated and a 2 lb loss in 3 days is just what I needed. I am tracking all of my food and getting caught up on the days I missed exercise.
I was 215 three days ago and today I am 213. It's slow progress but I am super proud of myself. It's date night so I am saving my calories for dinner tonight so I can splurge with my husband.
Gonna be a good day! :)
